From idea to deployment. We turn complex AI into usable, real-world products, built around actual business needs.
Context & Problem
The hydration app market is saturated with products that all promise the same thing: timely reminders to drink water. Despite this, user behavior hasn’t meaningfully changed. Most users download these apps with good intentions, but abandon them within days. The assumption across the industry has been that people forget to drink water. In reality, the problem runs deeper.
Traditional hydration apps rely heavily on notifications. These reminders quickly become background noise and are often ignored or disabled. The user experience is typically repetitive, predictable, and lacks emotional engagement. There is no compelling reason for users to return to the app beyond a functional need, which itself is weak.

Approach & Solution
The product was reframed from a utility into a behavioral experience. Instead of generic notifications, the app introduces personality-driven interactions. The system reacts to user behavior in real time, becoming slightly more aggressive, sarcastic, or rewarding depending on consistency.
The app features a dynamic assistant that evolves based on user actions. If the user ignores hydration, the tone shifts from friendly to passive-aggressive. If the user stays consistent, the experience becomes more supportive and rewarding.
Instead of standard progress bars, the app visualizes dehydration consequences in subtle but psychologically effective ways. The interface becomes slightly less pleasant when the user neglects their habits, creating a form of friction that nudges behavior.
